Many golfers struggle to improve their golf game because they tend to focus on mechanics although there are so many aspects that could affect their performance. Top amateurs and PGA/LPGA professionals on the tour most likely have a mental coach as well as a swing coach. I work with the golfers at any level ( new golfers, average golfers, junior golfers, college golfers and professionals).

 

I help my clients to evaluate every area of their golf game – mechanics (swing/short game/pre-shot routine and etc), how to practice/course management) and mind (mindset/purpose, limiting belief, emotions and etc). And we work on identifying their strengths and weaknesses, dig deeper to get clarity as a golfer and a person and set crystal clear goals. And work on each area of their game to become a better golfer as well as becoming happier in life.

My Mental Golf method is relevant for golfers of all levels, helping improve their game regardless of handicap.
